Reservation Agent
7 Stone Reservations is looking for a reservation agent to book reservations for ground transportation. The reservation agent serves an important role in providing information to customers by telephone and online.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reservation agent job duties and responsibilities entail the following:
- Confirm reservations for transportation using telephones and website inquiries/requests
- Giving answers to inquiries by clients and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations.
- Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, services, procedures and policies
- Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating the website and ensuring that clients have a smooth transaction booking a reservation.
- Helping clients to fill in reservation forms via email, text, or website.
- Prepare customer invoices and accept payments
- Assemble and issue required documentation such as itineraries
- Determine whether vehicles are available on dates requested by customers as well as checking with the scheduler or dispatcher
- Provide information to clients on availability
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

- 6 months previous dispatching and/or customer service-related skill experience is preferred
- Ability to work varied hours and days including some weekends.
Working Conditions

- Must be able to work a rotating schedule and must be able to work any shift / any day
